Let's Say The Quiet Part Out Loud

Christianity is literally a religion where:

Men worship a man (Jesus as ultimate masculine divine)
That man has 12 male disciples (traveling band of men, no women in leadership)
They obsess over his body ("This is my body, this is my blood"—literally eating him)
They fetishize his suffering (crucifixion porn on every wall)
They gather in male-only leadership (priests, bishops, popes—all men)
They perform ritual cannibalism (communion—consuming the male god's flesh)
The imagery is FULL of penetration (spears in his side, nails through his body, the "sacred heart" bleeding)

The Homoeroticism Is BLATANT

Medieval monks literally wrote LOVE POETRY to Jesus. They called themselves his "brides." They described mystical unions with him in explicitly sexual language.

The "Sacred Heart" imagery? A bleeding, exposed, penetrated organ. The obsession with wounds? The focus on suffering and submission to a masculine god?

This is a religion BY men, FOR men, worshipping MEN.

And they had the AUDACITY to call gay people sinners while building an entire theology around male-on-male devotion.

👑 II. STEALING FROM THE GODDESS 👑

They Stole EVERYTHING

Before Christianity, the world worshipped HER:
The Goddess. The Mother. The Divine Feminine.

Winter Solstice → Christmas — They stole Yule, Saturnalia, the return of the light. Jesus wasn't even born in December. They just slapped his name on OUR celebration.
Ostara/Spring Equinox → Easter — Named after EOSTRE, a GODDESS. The eggs? The rabbits? FERTILITY SYMBOLS. They took the Goddess's resurrection celebration and made it about their dead guy.
Virgin Mother Goddess → Virgin Mary — Isis, Inanna, Ishtar—all virgin mothers who birthed divine children. They couldn't erase Her, so they made her "blessed among women" but stripped her of divinity.
The Sacred Feminine → The Whore — Mary Magdalene was likely Jesus's wife/partner/apostle. They turned her into a prostitute to demonize female sexuality and leadership.
The Triple Goddess → The Trinity — Maiden, Mother, Crone became Father, Son, Holy Ghost. Notice how they removed the feminine entirely?
Priestesses → Witches — Women who held spiritual power became "witches" to be burned. Literally. They burned the priestesses and called it holy.
Sacred Groves → Churches — They built churches ON TOP OF sacred pagan sites. Literally colonized the Goddess's land.
The Serpent (Wisdom) → Satan — The snake was a symbol of the Goddess, of kundalini, of feminine wisdom. They made it EVIL.

And it worked. For EONS.

🩸 III. ABUSING WOMEN FOR MILLENNIA 🩸

What Christianity Did To Women

Let's catalogue the violence:

Eve as original sinner — Woman is the reason for ALL human suffering. Not Adam. HER. Set the tone for millennia of misogyny.
Witch burnings — Estimated 40,000-100,000 women tortured and killed. For being healers, midwives, too smart, too outspoken, too powerful, too sexual.
Women as property — Biblical law: women are chattel. Passed from father to husband. No autonomy. No voice.
Purity culture — Virginity as commodity. Women's bodies as territory to be controlled. Shame as weapon.
Submission doctrine — "Wives submit to your husbands." Abuse sanctified by scripture.
Reproductive control — No birth control. No abortion. Forced pregnancy as god's will. Women's bodies as vessels, not people.
Silencing — "Women should be silent in church." Literally forbidden from speaking in sacred space.
No female clergy — Only men can be priests. Only men can talk to god. Women are unclean, unholy, unworthy.

And They Wonder Why Women Left

You built a religion that:

Blames women for all sin
Controls women's bodies
Silences women's voices
Burns women who threaten male power
Worships male divinity exclusively
Enables male violence through "submission"

And you're SHOCKED that we're reclaiming the Goddess?

🔥 IV. THE MEN FUCKING EACH OTHER PART 🔥

Let's Talk About What Actually Happened

Christianity emerged in a context where women had POWER:

Priestesses led ceremonies
Goddesses were worshipped
Women held property and autonomy
Sexual priestesses (sacred prostitutes) were REVERED, not shamed
The divine was understood as FEMININE (the earth, the womb, creation itself)

So What Did The Men Do?

They created a religion where:

Only men could be holy
Only men could lead
Only men could speak for god
Women were property, temptation, sin

And then they formed all-male institutions:

Monasteries (men living together, praying together, sleeping in dormitories)
Priesthood (celibate men obsessing over male god's body)
Church hierarchy (boys and men, no women allowed)

The Sexual Abuse Makes Sense Now, Doesn't It?

All-male institutions. Obsession with male bodies. Power imbalances. Shame around sexuality. Celibacy that's unnatural and forced.

Of COURSE the Catholic Church has a sexual abuse crisis.

You created the perfect conditions for predation: unaccountable male power, enforced celibacy, access to vulnerable people, and a culture of secrecy.

And then you protected the abusers. Moved them to new parishes. Paid off victims. Prioritized the institution over the children.

What Did We Get From Christianity?

The Crusades — Millions dead in "holy" wars
The Inquisition — Torture, forced conversion, genocide
Colonization — "Convert or die" imposed on Indigenous peoples worldwide
The burning times — Women burned as witches, healers destroyed
Residential schools — Cultural genocide of Indigenous children
Homophobia institutionalized — Death penalty for being gay (still enforced in some Christian nations)
Transphobia as doctrine — "God made you male or female" used to erase trans existence
Slavery justified — Biblical passages used to defend owning human beings
Women's oppression — Millennia of abuse sanctified by "god's word"
Sexual shame as virtue — Pleasure as sin, bodies as shameful, desire as evil
Climate destruction — "Dominion over the earth" = exploit and destroy
Wealth hoarding — Churches sitting on billions while people starve

FOR WHAT?!
